Alibaba International Digital Commerce(AIDC) is committed to creating an open, transparent and civilized business environment. We are determined to fight against any corruption behavior.

AIDC Integrity Compliance team handles the following employee violations:
(1)Solicit and accept bribes; accept gifts and entertainment in violation of regulations.
(2)Unapproved investment, employment with AIDC’s suppliers, merchants, business partners etc.
(3)Taking advantage of the privilege of the position to seek improper benefit.
(4)Provide false information to AIDC.
(5)Disclose the confidential information of AIDC.
(6)Other violations of law and regulation.
AIDC Integrity Compliance Department only accepts integrity reports of internal employee violations. We encourage you to reveal your identity when lodging a report. We endeavour to protect whistleblowers’ identity and handle all reports in strict confidence. We will reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility for those who provide us with the false information intentionally.

Business Compliance Reporting Instructions

Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group always firmly believes that honesty and trust are the cornerstones of our market activities. Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group Legal & Compliance Department is in charge of accepting reports of violations of business compliance policies/requirements:
(1)Unfair competition: reaching a monopoly agreement, implementing coordinated behavior, abusing market dominance, etc.
(2)Data and personal information protection: deliberate acts that lead to data leakage and violation of personal privacy.
(3)Sanction and Export Control: knowingly conducting transactions in violation of applicable sanction and export control laws and regulations.
(4)Anti-bribery: offering or providing improper benefits.
(5)Product and service safety: serious quality safety or other violations, resulting in greater damage to consumer rights.
(6)Insider trading: violation of securities trading regulations.
(7)Business secrets: employees illegally obtaining confidential information from outside.
(8)Others: other violations of laws and regulations.
